Raul Gallon is a seasoned entrepreneur, small business owner, and philanthropic community leader. With a passion for leadership, success, and team-building, Raul Gallon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer/President of G&G Holdings Group, LLC; a diversified holding company with holdings spread across various industry verticals such as, but not limited to Insurance Services and specialized insurance management.
During his career, Mr. Gallon has successfully launched various businesses such as G&G Insurance Adjusters, Inc.; a premier Property & Casualty Claims Adjusting company in the State of Florida with over 750 bilingual adjusters in their CAT roster throughout the United States providing quality service to insurance carriers, and G&G MGA, LLC, a licensed Managing General Agency in the State of Florida.
As a political outsider, he would utilize his degree in business administration and his time-tested small business knowledge to benefit the folks of his “future District campaign location” in 2022 as Florida House Representative.
As a Hispanic, Raul’s believes that every person deserves the same opportunity to succeed and will strive to guarantee this right. His campaign focused on Protect our environment and clean water, Help and promote Downtown Development, Promote Tourism to the District, Support To LGTB, Promote Arts & Culture, Environmental Protection and Small Business Growth
Fully committed to serving his community for nearly two decades, his company received many Awards from the Business Journal.
He has held active leadership roles, served as a mentor for and served on numerous community members and non-profit organizational boards, including The Gallon Foundation.
Raul learned from a young age that in order to succeed, he needed to roll up his sleeves and work hard until the job was done. As a child, Raul sold Chicken to family friends and many other jobs to earn money. He kept his entrepreneurial spirit alive and worked his way through college at Broward College then finalizing in Florida Atlantic University, enrolled as an international Student where he earned a degree in Business Administration, with a Minor in International Economics in 2001.
Raul currently resides in Downtown Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Marina and they have a son “David”.
